Attorney Augustine Osuala

Augustine was raised in Southern California. He returned to Omaha and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication from the University of Nebraska Omaha and earned his Law Degree from Creighton’s School of Law.

Prior to practicing Divorce and Family Law, Augustine worked as an attorney in the Douglas County Public Defender Office, a Deputy County Attorney in the Civil Division with the Sarpy County Attorney, and a Contract and Administration Business Specialist for the Nebraska Medical Center.

By pairing experienced and tested legal skills with his compassion for people, Augustine has a nature for being a positive reinforcement for his clients in both a legal and personal sense. A determined advocate for all his clients. His considerate approach to every case ensures his clients are put in the best possible position for their life moving forward. Determined to meet each client’s needs and to resolve cases based on the best interest of his clients and their families coupled with his level of responsiveness, whether proactive and or reactive, exceeds the expectations of everyone involved in the case.
