Oliver Jenkins attended Creighton Law School and is a highly effective divorce and family law attorney with well over a decade of vigorously representing and protecting the interests of clients from various economic and social backgrounds. He is skilled in research and analysis of complex legal issues, targeting positions of positive resolution while shielding against potential liabilities. Oliver has demonstrable success in achieving favorable judgments and negotiating favorable settlements for clients. He has also been involved in the successful appeal of over 20 cases before the Nebraska Court of Appeals and Nebraska Supreme Court, several of which have been cited in national and state treatises and law reviews. He is licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska and Ponca Tribal Court.
Oliver comes from a rich background in the arts. He grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico where his father operated a sculpture foundry and gallery. He studied theater at the University of Evansville and went on to perform improve and work at a recording studio for many years in Chicago. These skills have provided Oliver with a confident and persuasive courtroom presence.
Having gone through his own divorce, Oliver is sympathetic to the emotional struggles, chaos, and practical challenges that accompany a divorce or family law proceeding. Moreover, he brings an intimate understanding to alcohol and addiction issues which are present in so many divorce and family law proceedings.
