Sarah is a graduate of the Truman State University and the University of Nebraska Lincoln College of Law. Following her graduation from law school, Sarah began working for Child Support Services in Douglas County before moving to the Sarpy County Attorney’s Office.
Sarah’s legal career has been in family law with a focus in child support cases, including paternity establishments, modifications, and enforcement of ongoing orders. She has successfully argued multiple cases before the Nebraska State Supreme Court and was a contributing author to the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Family Law Manual. Sarah also served on the Executive Board of the Nebraska Child Support Enforcement Association for multiple years as well as being appointed to the Unicameral’s Child Support Advisory Commission.
Having spent time as a prosecutor, Sarah knows that each case is unique and requires special attention to detail. Her history of courtroom work puts her in a position to know the ins and outs of complex legal issues, and her experience working with parents from all walks of life makes her not only compassionate but also devoted to reaching the best results for her clients.
In her free time, Sarah can be found reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, which includes four dogs.
