Get To Know Zach
Outside of the office, I’m an avid reader, hiker, Huskers fan, and cheer-dad who enjoys spending time with my wife and two daughters. Family comes first in my life, and I’m much more likely to boast about my daughters’ latest achievements or my wife’s incredible artwork than anything about myself. This family-first approach also shapes how I practice law. Whether it’s ensuring a family’s legacy is protected or helping a business thrive, I find deep satisfaction in the success of those I support.
Zach was born and raised in Nebraska, where his journey to becoming an attorney was shaped by diverse experiences. Before entering the legal field, he worked at Nebraska’s Small Business Development Center and coached high school speech and debate students. These roles allowed him to witness the growth and transformation of businesses and to help young individuals hone their argumentative and rhetorical skills. This unique blend of experiences positioned Zach in an intriguing place as he contemplated law school and his future career as a lawyer. this path led him to Creighton University, where he was awarded the Order of the Barristers, and has fueled a career helping other others.
Zach’s passion for helping people, particularly small businesses and families, guided his path. He aspired to assist them in navigating their current challenges while preparing for future generations. This commitment to service became the foundation of his legal practice, which he developed with a focus on helping others grow, develop, and pass on their achievements.
Zach also has experience in estate planning, helping families prepare for the future and achieve their long-term goals. He specializes in developing strategies to protect assets and ensure a smooth transfer to future generations, giving families peace of mind as they plan for their children, grandchildren, and beyond.
Coming from a family of business owners and medical professionals, Zach learned to adopt a holistic approach to understanding people, their lives, and their aspirations. He applies this perspective to his daily work, recognizing that clients come to him with significant and serious issues. These challenges often involve navigating the complexities of life and death, as well as the excitement of growing families and preparing for the future.
Whether working with companies or individuals, Zach’s goal is to treat each client as a unique entity and to become an integral part of their life story.
